
The European Institute for International Relations (EIIR) was founded in Paris, France in 2009 by the International Lawyer Mahmoud Refaat with several former European and US officials under the name of The European Institute for International Law and International Relations, extended to Brussels, Belgium in 2013 and opened its gates in Stockholm, Sweden in 2022 where is its actual head-quarter when it adopted its official name: The European Institute for International Relations (EIIR). The European Institute for International Relations (EIIR) is mainly a policy institute with target: Enhancing International Relations Among Nations, Finding Alternative Solutions to Armed Conflicts & to Make Peace in International Community Throughout Presenting Practical Solutions.
In 2022 The European Institute for International Relations launched the The World Forum on Peace and Security as executive body for The European Institute for International Relations (EIIR). The World Forum on Peace and Security was launched and registered in Stockholm in 2022 and 2024 in the US capital Washington DC.
Meanwhile, the Institute is an independent and promoting center for studies, research and training. On the other side, The Institute is a laboratory for strategic studies whether they are influenced by Geo-politics, International Economy, Military Balance..etc, adopting objective standers and wise methods of working to present rich advises to governments around the world in different fields of international relations.
The European Institute for International Law and International Relations is a primary source of accurate, objective information on strategic issues for legislators, politicians and diplomats, foreign affairs analysts, international business, economists, the military, defense commentators, journalists, academics and the informed public.
The Institute is independent, owing no allegiance to any governments or any political or other organizations. The EIIR stresses rigorous research with a forward-looking policy orientation and places particular emphasis on bringing new perspectives to legal strategic discussions.
The Institute is mainly funded and financed by the law firm Global Consulting International Group owned by Mahmoud Refaat.
The Institute’s work is grounded in an appreciation of various legal, legislative, political, economic and social problems that cause instability, as well as the factors that can lead to international cooperation.
